Before we print anything, we will send a digital sample of your crest directly to your Etsy inbox for your approval. Please keep an eye on your Etsy messages after ordering — you will also receive an email notification when your preview is ready. We will not print or dispatch until you have given us the thumbs up! Please note that orders where we do not receive a response within 14 days will be cancelled and fully refunded.
This step is there to make sure you are completely happy before anything goes to print — we think that's the way it should be!
