POSTAL DELIVERY

Please note: to keep costs down, I send all greetings cards and prints by Royal Mail 2nd Class. On their website it says “Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery within 3 week days”.

However, this is not always true unfortunately, and we are having cases whereby it’s taking 10-15 days, due to shortages of staff at sorting offices. This is obviously out of my control, but I just wanted to let you know so you can order any items which are needed by a certain date in plenty of time, to avoid any issues. For example, if you order on a Monday evening, I try and get your item printed and posted the next day. But if you need it for Thursday, it’s probably not going to get there in time.

Therefore I am offering a postage upgrade option, especially coming up to Christmas. If your order is not time sensitive, then postage (2nd class) will continue to be free. However, if you’d like to upgrade postage to 1st class, or Tracked 48, etc, there will be the option to do so at additional cost.

However, if you order any 2 or more items, I will automatically upgrade you to either 1st Class, or Tracked 48 delivery, depending on the weight of the order. Many thanks!
